Care
- Always use a soft bristle brush or cloth when cleaning.
- For routine cleaning, just use water.
- For a deeper clean, remove from the pool and use a mild household cleaner and eraser sponge.
- Always use a soft terry cloth for cleaning fabric. Always wipe in small circular motions.
- For deep cleaning or spot cleaning fabric, use a mix of mild detergent and water along with a soft terry cloth. Always wipe in small circular motions.

SHIPPING COSTS: The shipping cost upon checkout may vary depending on external and uncontrollable circumstances. It might change anytime after the order has been placed. Our support team will contact you in case of changes in shipping fees.
RETURN POLICY: Returns will only be honored if you have received a wrong item. However, we cannot grant return requests if you have received the right item based on your order. Cancellations and change in order will only be accepted within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
CANCELLATION FEES: Once the order has been placed, you can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this timeframe and you requested a refund, we have to deduct 10% cancellation fee in every order (computations are made based on SRP not including the shipping.) Please take note that this policy also covers trade customers.
