Return Policy

1. New, unused items can be returned. Returned items must be packed in original packaging.
2. All returns must be complete within 30 days of the original receipt.
3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by emailing help@shopboxhill.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. 
6. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in new condition and in its original packaging. If the item meets these conditions, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping and the 10% restocking fee.
