Warranty

Plastic

Products shall be free from material defects, and shall not splinter, crack, chip, peel, or rot for ten (10) years for residential use and two (2) years for commercial use from the date of purchase.

Fabric

Marine-grade solution-dyed acrylic fabrics are warranted against light fastness for a period of ten (10) years.

Furniture grade solution-dyed acrylic fabrics are warranted for a period of five (5) years.

Care

• For routine cleaning, use water and a gentle washcloth or microfiber towel
• For deep cleaning, use water, mild detergent and a soft-bristle brush.
• If power washing is desired, start with a low PSI at least 3ft away from the furniture. While power washing, check often to ensure no inscription is being made on the furniture.
• Always use a soft terry cloth for cleaning fabric. Always wipe in small circular motions.
• For deep cleaning or spot cleaning fabric, use a mix of mild detergent and water along with a soft terry cloth. Always wipe in small circular motions.

Delivery, Cancellation, ; Return Policy

SHIPPING COSTS: The shipping cost upon checkout may vary depending on external and uncontrollable circumstances. It might change anytime after the order has been placed. Our support team will contact you in case of changes in shipping fees.

RETURN POLICY: Returns will only be honored if you have received a wrong item. However, we cannot grant return requests if you have received the right item based on your order. Cancellations and change in order will only be accepted within 24 hours after the order has been placed. 

CANCELLATION FEES: Once the order has been placed, you can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this timeframe and you requested a refund, we have to deduct 10% cancellation fee in every order (computations are made based on SRP not including the shipping.) Please take note that this policy also covers trade customers.
