This pottery is hand-selected from the most sought-after workshops in Impruneta (a commune in the Florence province of Italy). Produced by the best workshops who only employ master artisans, the level of quality is unparalleled. Each workshop is one that both produces and sells terracotta inside the Impruneta zone. (Lesser workshops produce their pottery outside of the area, yet maintain an Impruneta showroom for the address.) Our terracotta is heirloom quality, and it will increase in value over time. These beautiful terra cotta pots are frost-proof down to -20*F. We recommend that you lift the pots off of the ground (via pot feet, wedges, or wooden blocks) so there is at least an inch between the drainage hole and the ground for colder weather. Leave soil in the pots during the winter months, and avoid using saucers to keep the drainage holes clear.

RETURN POLICY: Returns will only be honored if you have received a wrong item. However, we cannot grant return requests if you have received the right item based on your order. Cancellations and change in order will only be accepted within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
CANCELLATION FEES: Once the order has been placed, you can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this timeframe and you requested a refund, we have to deduct 10% cancellation fee in every order (computations are made based on SRP not including the shipping.)
