We partnered with designer Dani from DazeyLA to create this custom umbrella for the newly renovated "Trixie Motel" in Palm Springs. The umbrella features alternating panels of white and the perfect bubble-gum pink, and is finished with fringe, of course! Delivery, Cancellation, & Return Policy
SHIPPING COSTS: The shipping cost upon checkout may vary depending on external and uncontrollable circumstances. It might change anytime after the order has been placed. Our support team will contact you in case of changes in shipping fees.
RETURN POLICY: Returns will only be honored if you have received a wrong item. However, we cannot grant return requests if you have received the right item based on your order. Cancellations and change in order will only be accepted within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
CANCELLATION FEES: Once the order has been placed, you can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this timeframe and you requested a refund, we have to deduct 10% cancellation fee in every order (computations are made based on SRP not including the shipping.) Please take note that this policy also covers trade customers.
