RETURN POLICY: Returns will only be honored if you have received a wrong item. However, we cannot grant return requests if you have received the right item based on your order. Cancellations and change in order will only be accepted within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
CANCELLATION FEES: Once the order has been placed, you can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this timeframe and you requested a refund, we have to deduct 10% cancellation fee in every order (computations are made based on SRP not including the shipping.)
