Delivery, Cancellation, & Return Policy

SHIPPING COSTS: The shipping cost upon checkout may vary depending on external and uncontrollable circumstances. It might change anytime after the order has been placed. Our support team will contact you in case of changes in shipping fees.

RETURN POLICY: Returns will only be honored if you have received the wrong item. However, we cannot grant return requests if you have received the correct item based on your order. Cancellations and changes in order will only be accepted within 24 hours after the order has been placed. 

CANCELLATION FEES: Once the order has been placed, you can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, and you requested a refund, we have to deduct a 10% cancellation fee from every order (computations are based on SRP, not including the shipping.) Please take note that this policy also covers trade customers.
