RETURN POLICY: Returns will only be honored if you have received the wrong item. However, we cannot grant return requests if you have received the correct thing based on your order. Cancellations and changes in order will only be accepted within 24 hours after the order has been placed. 

CANCELLATION FEES: Once the order has been placed, you can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, and you requested a refund, we have to deduct a 10% cancellation fee for every order (computations are based on SRP, not including the shipping.) Please take note that this policy also covers trade customers.
