BOXHILL'sAskewPlanter is made fromthick3/16carbon steel materialwith an iron oxide patina. The steel is sandblasted and taken down to bare steel and we then apply our "secret sauce" to help the piece mature and oxidize in a controlledfashion. When your piece arrives you will notice a dusty, powdery iron oxide patina or, rust. Uponplacing outdoors, the piece will start to mature and darken. Do not tarp yourplanter, the tarp will cause the patina to blacken and stop the oxidation process. In many cases, the color of the tarp will transfer to the new steel. During the maturing process keep wet leaves and debris off the piece until the steel matures. Allow the piece to mature with your plantings. Sit back, relax and enjoy yourgarden.

RETURN POLICY: Returns will only be honored if you have received a wrong item. However, we cannot grant return requests if you have received the right item based on your order. Cancellations and change in order will only be accepted within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
CANCELLATION FEES: Once the order has been placed, you can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond this timeframe and you requested a refund, we have to deduct 10% cancellation fee in every order (computations are made based on SRP not including the shipping.) Please take note that this policy also covers trade customers.
